Adults
(Psychotherapy for Adults)
It is possible to feel better. It is possible to live life to the fullest and be the best version of you.
It’s no surprise that many of us are suffering from chronic stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD or trauma and don’t even know it.
We’re too busy with the demands we place on ourselves to even realize how serious our issues and illnesses have become.
We try to be perfect spouses, amazing parents and hardworking employees. We fill our days with so many activities that it’s rare for us to get any meaningful rest and relaxation.
Meeting with a professional therapist means you get personalized, direct attention to work on the issues in your life that are keeping you from living it to the fullest.
It is possible to feel better, and Pat can help.
It’s time to uncover the true origin of the issues you’re facing in your life, address them head-on, and uproot them for good.
Imagine how good you’ll feel once you’re able to change your negative thought and behavior patterns and refocus that same energy toward the most important people and activities in your life.

Parents of Children with Special Needs
(Individuals, Couples and Family Therapy)
As the parent of a child with special needs, Pat is particularly interested in supporting this under-served population.
From first diagnosis, to launching your child into adulthood, having an exceptional child brings with it unique challenges. Unfortunately, it can also bring feelings of unimaginable levels of stress, loneliness, grief, guilt and fear for the parents. It is a perpetual host of issues that requires ongoing, complex life management.
All of these feelings, however, can be managed and improved by working with Pat.
Why is it important?
Reducing the effect of these challenging feelings is critical for both parent and child. When the parents feel better, the child gets more of the attention, love and support they need to further enhance the special life they’ve been given.
If you have a child with special needs and are feeling overwhelmed, come meet with Pat. She knows firsthand the emotions you’re struggling with and can help you diminish them so you can be the parent you want to be.
